Skills Connected is a workforce development brokerage operating as part of The E3 Group. We act as an Outsourced Chief Learning Officer (CLO), connecting employers, learners, and training providers with government-funded learning programmes across the UK.

When you submit an enquiry we collect: name or company name, email address, phone number (optional), industry sector, message (optional), course or programme of interest, and IP address with timestamp for security purposes.

How We Use Your Data

  • Respond to your training or apprenticeship enquiry
  • Match you with appropriate government-funded provision
  • Confirm your Apprenticeship Levy or non-Levy funding eligibility
  • Manage enrolment on your behalf
  • Send relevant updates about courses and funding where you have consented

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under: Consent (you agree when submitting a form), Legitimate Interests (responding to business enquiries), and Contractual necessity (managing enrolment or funding arrangements on your behalf).

Third-Party Data Processors

  • GoHighLevel (CRM) — enquiry data is securely transmitted to our CRM (GoHighLevel / HighLevel Inc.) to manage follow-up and communications under GDPR-compliant processing terms.
  • Hostinger — our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd in compliance with GDPR.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 3 years. Where you are enrolled on a funded programme, records are retained for the duration required by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
